The price we pay for all carat gold alloys, either over the counter or via mail packs are listed & updated daily on our website. We use these prices based on the day we receive your gold

The value of your jewellery is determined by us using the current market price, as well as the carat
and weight of the precious metal content. It is important to note that we do not offer compensation
for diamonds or gemstones.

We utilize an XRF analyzer to assess the purity of jewelry, and subsequently provide a quote based on
the purity, weight, and current market price. If you find the quote agreeable, we will proceed with the
purchase.

We provide two payment options, either in cash or through bank transfer.

Not at all. We will send you a prepaid, pre-addressed, registered, and insured gold mail pack for you to send us your items.

Our mail packs come complete with a tracking number so you can track your dispatch any time. Additionally, all mail packs are insured by Australia Post for up to $100 in value.

Before sending your items, you can visit any Australia Post office and avail this service for a nominal fee.

It is possible to send your items on your own, although please note that you will be responsible for the postage and insurance expenses.

It is not necessary for you to clean your jewelry or remove any stones before sending them to us. However, please keep in mind that we do not purchase any gemstones that are part of the jewellery presented to us for purchase, and any gemstones found will not be included in the total weight.

Certainly, our standard procedure involves emailing you our offer first, and then giving you the option to either process the payment or have your items returned to you.

Once we receive your items and you accept our offer, we will process the payment within 24 hours.

Absolutely. Our prepaid mail pack is available Australia-wide, allowing you to send your gold jewellery from anywhere in Australia.
